These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all sales concluded between Ownyx and its customers on the Ownyx website.

Pre-order
- Description of pre-orders : Pre-orders are orders placed for products that are not yet immediately available. Pre-ordered products are in the production or supply phase and will only be dispatched once they are available. Delivery times may therefore be extended.
- Pre-order payment and direct debit : Payment for pre-orders is taken immediately at the time of the pre-order or at a later date if payment has been made in several instalments. The amount invoiced corresponds to the price of the product at the time of the pre-order.
- Pre-order cancellation : Customers have a right of withdrawal within 14 days of pre-ordering the product. To cancel a pre-order, please contact our customer service department using the contact form available on our website. Please note that cancellation fees may apply. Once this 14-day period has elapsed, it will no longer be possible to cancel the pre-order. If you wish to obtain a refund, you must follow the standard returns procedure as soon as you receive your product. You will then have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal.
- Delivery times for pre-orders :
- Estimated lead times : Delivery times for pre-orders are indicative and are based on information available at the time of pre-ordering. However, please note that delivery times may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as manufacturing or transport problems.
- Communicating updates : We undertake to keep you informed of any changes to the delivery times for your pre-order. Regular updates will be provided to you by e-mail or in the "Blog" section, under the "Newsletter" tab on our website.
- Conditions for cancellation or modification of the pre-order by Ownyx : We reserve the right to cancel or amend a pre-order in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as manufacturing problems, supply constraints or any other reason beyond our control. In such cases, we will contact you with options for refunding or modifying your pre-order.

- Product description : The goods linked to this document are the goods that are displayed on our site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. Ownyx endeavours to provide accurate descriptions of all products available for sale on its website. However, Ownyx cannot guarantee that the descriptions, photographs, dimensions, weights, colours or other characteristics of the products will be completely accurate and error-free.
- Ordering and pre-ordering : When a customer places an order on the Ownyx.com website, he/she is considered to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. The order is subject to acceptance by Ownyx and may be refused or cancelled at any time, particularly in the event of payment problems or product availability.
prices and payments
- Price : Product prices are quoted in euros and include applicable VAT. Delivery costs are not included in the price displayed and will be added at the time of payment.
- Payment : Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or any other payment method accepted by Ownyx (PayPal, etc.). Payment information is secure and processed in accordance with current security standards. When you provide us with your payment details, you are confirming that you have authorized the use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment details, you confirm that you authorise us to charge the amount due to that payment instrument. If we believe that your payment has contravened any law or any of our terms of use, we reserve the right to cancel your transaction.
transport and delivery
- Information : When you make a purchase on our site, you agree and acknowledge to provide a valid email and shipping address for the order. We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equivalent to the amount you paid.
- Delivery times : Ownyx undertakes to dispatch products within the times indicated on the site. However, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and other factors beyond our control.
- Delivery charges : Delivery costs will be specified when the order is placed and will depend on the destination and weight of the products ordered.
- Receipt of order : It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the products on receipt and to report any anomalies within 48 hours of delivery.
returns and refunds
- Right of withdrawal : In accordance with current legislation, customers have 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal and request a refund.
- Return conditions: Returned products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and accompanied by all accessories and documents supplied. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of a defective product or delivery error attributable to Ownyx.
- Returns procedure once the product has been dispatched: Contact us using the contact form available on the website to receive the return label in your mailbox. Print the label. Wrap the parcel carefully and affix the returns label. Go to your nearest post office and pay the necessary postage.

- Limitation of liability : OWNYX SAS or any of its employees will not be liable for any problems arising from this site. However, OWNYX SAS or any of its employees will not be liable for any problems arising from any improper use of this site.
